Anchor
Cleveland, Ohio
Tiffani Tucker is a 16-time Emmy-nominated journalist who is fascinated by the people she meets and telling their stories. She is the main anchor at 19 News. You can watch her weeknights at 5, 6 and 7 p.m., as well as during the 7:30 p.m. First Alert Focus.
Tiffani was the first reporter live on the scene of the three Cleveland women held captive for a decade by Ariel Castro. She anchored from the field during the station's wall-to-wall breaking news coverage of "Found Alive."
Her road to Cleveland began in Los Angeles with internships at KABC and E! Entertainment Television before landing jobs at WNDU in South Bend, Indiana, WPEC in West Palm Beach, Florida, and WSVN in Miami.
The mother and wife was a competitive ice skater for more than 15 years. She and her skating partner made history as the first African-American ice dancing team. The pair won a bronze medal at the U.S. National Championships.
When Tiffani isn’t on the air, she’s busy baking bundt cakes. The entrepreneur even has her own baking business, which started by sharing her cakes with people in the newsroom. She says baking keeps her calm. “Some people like yoga, I like baking in my yoga pants. That’s how I find my zen!”
